I do not accept insurance. I am considered an “out of network” provider. Many people get some reimbursement through their out of network benefits for my services, but this is not guaranteed. I will provide “Superbills” that contain diagnostic and procedure codes necessary for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. You will need to check with your insurance provider to find out what your out of network insurance benefits are, and your deductible for these benefits.  Procedure codes for most therapy sessions are 90834 (45-50 minutes) or 90837 (60 minutes). Procedure codes for testing are more complex and will be provided when you call to schedule the evaluation.  

I provide teletherapy appointments on an as-needed basis for adolescents and adults.  Testing services are not provided via telehealth.  

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If not, the patient is responsible for the full session fee. Patients who arrive late to sessions will be charged for the session length that had been previously agreed upon.
